Brand Overview

Smart People India had a product worth buying  100% genuine, full-grain leather bags crafted in Kolkata, priced competitively between ₹2,250 and ₹3,950. What they lacked was an entire digital presence: no storefront, no tracking infrastructure, no ad accounts, no organic authority, and no content strategy. The brief was comprehensive: build everything, then make it perform.

Smart People India sells laptop bags, crossbody bags, backpacks, messenger bags, and wallets under a job-title product naming convention  the Axis, the Professor, the Coder, the Banker, the Executive. Each SKU speaks to a specific urban male professional aged 24–35. The brand identity is rooted in material truth: no faux leather, no compromises.

Thet NullStack Approach

We treated Smart People India as a portfolio brand — not a service contract. Every workstream from Shopify architecture to video direction was executed with brand coherence in mind. The differentiators (Kolkata manufacturing, YKK zippers, 1-year warranty, a job-title-based naming system) became the narrative spine for every channel: ads, SEO, social, and content.

Nullstack executed across 14 distinct workstreams simultaneously: e-commerce development, payment and logistics integration, product and ad photography,
